About Us
Elementary Academy was founded by Jacqueline Andary, an experienced Early Childhood Educator with over 15 years in the field.
Her journey began in the classroom, working closely with children aged 0–5 years, before progressing into leadership roles managing early learning centres.
It was during this time that Jacqueline realised she wanted something more — a place where every decision, every detail, and every educator was chosen with children’s safety, wellbeing, and growth in mind.
With the loving support of her parents, Jacqueline set out to create an environment where children don’t just attend care — they thrive.

From the design of each learning studio to the selection of passionate, qualified educators, Elementary Academy has been built with intention, love, and deep respect for the importance of early childhood education.

Jacqueline, the owner/manager, is very caring and knowledgeable. She made my daughter's transition from another centre so smooth and easy. The facilities are of high quality, the rooms are spacious, and there is a wide range of fun activities available. It is a great place for young children to grow, learn and play!

Do you charge a bond?
No, we do not charge a bond. We believe in keeping enrolment simple and accessible for families, so you can focus on your child's smooth transition into care.
What makes you different from other centres?
We're not another corporate childcare chain. We're not run by investors from a boardroom. Elementary Academy was founded by an educator with 15+ years working directly with children.
Miss Jacqui was tired of seeing children in unsafe, low-quality environments and aspired to give Merryland's families what they deserve: safe, quality education led by experienced educators who genuinely care.
What ages do you cater for?
​We welcome children aged 2-6 years. Our curriculum and environment are specifically designed to support the developmental needs and learning styles of preschool-aged children during these crucial early years.
Will I get to see my child's learning?
Absolutely! Your child's learning journey is documented both daily and monthly.
Daily reports provide an overview of the curriculum activities and experiences, while monthly reports track your child's individual progress and participation.
We strive to share photos of each child daily, giving you a window into their day. Please note that our educators prioritise building strong relationships and maintaining close supervision, as child safety is our utmost priority, which means photo-taking is balanced with hands-on engagement.
What are your hours of operation?
We're open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, providing flexible care options for working families.
What are your fees and what does it include?
Our daily fee is $145, which includes everything your child needs for a full day of care and learning.
This covers 5 nutritious meals throughout the day, unlimited water and milk, nappies, wipes, and participation in our weekly fitness program.
We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing with no hidden costs.
